Patty retired from the home office after 25 years with experience in various roles including Senior Field Compliance Consultant, Marketing Materials Review Specialist, Underwriting Specialist and various roles in Policy Owner Services.
Patty’s main role is as the primary liaison for all servicing issues and her focus is to help assure that each client’s individual needs are met. She handles billing questions, coordination of underwriting, paperwork processing for both insurance and investments and updating client database information.
